Orders & Payments

How do I place an order?

To place an order, browse our collections, select the items you want, choose any options (such as color or size), then add them to your cart. When you’re ready, go to checkout and follow the steps to complete your purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other payment options supported by Shopify Payments.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@larnto.com — we will do our best to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing begins.


Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the delivery method selected. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

How can I track my order?

After your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Click the link in that email to view your shipment status online.

What if my order hasn’t arrived yet?

Delivery estimates are provided at checkout. If your order is past its estimated delivery date, please email service@larnto.com with your order number and we’ll check the status for you.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Most items can be returned within 60 days of delivery in their original condition. To start a return, contact us at service@larnto.com with your order number and reason for return.

How do I send a return?

We will provide return instructions and the return address when your return request is approved. Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Are Larnto products safe and durable?

Yes! We carefully select materials and test products for everyday use. Each product page includes information on the materials used and care instructions.

Do you restock sold‑out items?

We aim to restock popular items. If an item is out of stock, you may see an option to receive a notification when it’s available again.

Do I need an account to shop?

No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you view your order history and save your information for future purchases.

Do Larnto products have a warranty?
