Returns
Overview
At Larnto, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and returns policy lasts 60 days from the date of delivery. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including but not limited to:
- Clearance or final sale items
- Products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration not caused by our error
Return Requirements
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where partial refunds may be granted:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 60 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please allow some processing time before the refund is officially posted.
If the refund has not appeared after checking with your bank or credit card company, please contact us at service@larnto.com for assistance.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at service@larnto.com before returning the item.
Return Shipping
To initiate a return, please contact us at service@larnto.com for return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
